Guarantee

With careful handling, storage and cleaning, following garment care instructions enclosed with each shipment, Holy Rood Guild products will retain their beauty and usefulness for many years. Should The Holy Rood Guild deem that a manufacturing or material defect has caused one of our products to fail within one year of purchase date, we will gladly repair or replace the product at no charge.

Delivery Schedule and Carrier

Our vestments are made to order.

Listed below are approximate shipping lead times, counting from the day the order is processed.

• 3 days: Incense, Chrism, altar linens and vessels.
• 12 weeks: All design Chasubles, Dalmatics and custom altar vesture
• 12 weeks: Albs, Concelebration and plain stoles, plain chasubles and Nazareth, Cloisters and Canterbury chasuble sets.

Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges or returns on all stock items - stoles pictured in this catalog, plain chasubles, Nazareth, Cloisters and Canterbury chasuble sets, Worcester Knit albs, altar linens and vessels - within 30 days of invoicing, provided they have not been used, damaged or soiled. Please return by insured carrier with a note of explanation. Exchanges or returns of all other items require prior authorization.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required on all online orders. Methods of payment online include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Payment for orders made via telephone may be made by using Visa, Mastercard, or check. 

Orders totaling $300 or less require full payment. We ask for a 50% deposit for orders over $300 with the remainder due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Gift Certificates

A Holy Rood Guild gift certificate may be purchased for any amount. Please use the order code number 9095. Specify the following: the amount you wish to offer, who is giving the gift certificate, to whom the certificate is being given and to whom it should be sent.

Memorial Labels

One way to acknowledge a benefactor's generosity is to have an embroidered label sewn into a vestment. Please indicate the exact message you wish to have written on the label, including punctuation and capitalization. 22 spaces per line. Chasubles, palls, altar cloths up to five lines max. Stoles up to four lines max. Labels can not be sewn on confessional stoles or albs. #9093 ..................... $1 per letter, $18 minimum charge.
